In fact any kind of entertainment that comes out of Korea has a separate fan base be it kdrama., kmovies or kpop that is currently ruling the pop music industry. One of these kdramas is the Kingdom a Netflix original. The series directed by  Kim Seong-hun has its base loosely in the comic The Kingdom of the Gods that was authored and illustrated by Kim Eun-hee and Yang Kyung-il respectively. Kingdom was also one of the first Korean original series made by Netflix that premiered in 2019. Fans are hoping that the Kingdom Season 3 would give insights to the why of this plague.
