New Update : AP PGECET Counselling 2021 - A.P. State Council of Higher Education: Guntur Andhra University officials started the AP PGECET Counselling 2021 for Admissions to the M.Tech/ M.Pharmacy/ Pharm.D (PB) courses. The Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU), Kakinada, is approaching the AP PGECET 2021 (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test) on behalf of the A.P. Higher Education State Council (APSCHE).  The Final Phase AP PGECET Counselling Schedule is Released. Candidates have to pay the AP PGECET Counselling 2021 Fee. For GPAT/ GATE candidates, the allotment will be placed on the official website on 25. 02. 2021 and for AP PGECET candidates, the allotment will be available on 3.03. 2021. Gate/ GPAT candidates can pay the Fee from 22.02. 2021 Onwards, and AP PGECET Qualified Candidates can pay From 26.02.2021. Students eligible for the counselling process are required to log in online at 9 AM and 1 PM respectively to complete the counselling procedure. If candidates would not able to attend the AP PGECET Counselling 2021, the seat will be allotted to the next candidate.

What is the AP PGECET Counselling 2020-21 Procedure?

Certificate Verification & Counselling Fee Payment- To participate in the AP PGECET Counselling 2021 process, candidates will first verify their documents. Candidates will have to visit the helpline centres for certificate verification and registration. Candidates will also have to submit the AP PGECET Counselling 2021 fee of Rs. 1000 (Rs 500 for Candidates belonging to SC / ST category). The counselling fee will be non-refundable. The fee payment will be made through debit/credit card & net banking. After document verification, candidates must collect the receipt from the counter.

• Web Options Entry- After verifying the documents, candidates must fill in their colleges and programs choices. The option entry must be done either through a helpline centre or any other place having internet access. Candidates will have to enter a six-letter code password sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number. Take the printout of your saved options for further references.
• Seat Allotment & Reporting to the Allotted college- Candidates must check their AP PGECET Counselling 2021 seat allotment through online mode. Seats will be allotted as per the filled choices, rank, category & availability of seats. Students will also be informed about seat allotment result via SMS. After checking the allotted seat, take the printout of the seat allotment letter and report to the allotted institute to complete the admission process.

Candidates have to verify their documents before the option entry. Candidates must carry their original documents along with one set of xerox copies. Students need to carry the following documents for verification:

• AP PGECET  rank card
• AP PGECET hall ticket
• SSC & its equivalent memo
• Study certificates from 10th class to Graduation
• GATE Score Card/GPAT Score Card (if applicable)
• PC/Degree Certificate & Memorandum of marks of qualifying Examination
• Transfer Certificate
• Income Certificate or Household card (white)
• Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates
• Residence certificate for preceding 7 years from the qualifying examination/ Adhar card/ Household card for candidates in private study and without any institutionalized education.
• Residence Certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P/Telangana excluding the period of their employment outside A.P/Telangana from M.R.O. for candidates who studied outside the state of AP/Telangana.
